{a few of my favorite things}

Here are some of my staples.  I'll keep adding to this list--please check back often!  (I don't get paid to endorse any of these brands.)

SNACK ITEMS THAT REQUIRE ZERO (OR VERY LITTLE) PREP

- Turkey pepperoni - up to 1 ounce for 1 SmarPoint; place on a paper towel on a microwave-safe plate and microwave for 30 seconds for a crispy snack.  Even yummier?  Top each crisp with small bits of zero-point fresh pineapple after taking them out of the microwave.

- PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter - spread up to two tablespoons (mixed with one tablespoon of water) on an apple or banana for a 1 SmartPoint snack; my favorite is the chocolate.

- Outshine No Sugar Added Fruit Bars - these are a good 1 SmartPoint snack or dessert--especially in the summer.

INGREDIENTS AND CONDIMENTS

- I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray - up to 16 sprays for 0 SmartPoints; use on toast, frozen waffles, as a condiment for veggies, baked potatoes, or white rice.

- Smucker's Sugar Free Preserves and Jam - up to a tablespoon for 0 SmartPoints; use it on toast or as a yogurt mix-in.

- G. Hughes Smokehouse Sugar Free BBQ Sauce - up to 3 tablespoons for 0 SmartPoints; use it anywhere you would use BBQ sauce.  In my opinion, it tastes as good as the real thing.

- Stur liquid water enhancers - they are not listed in the Weight Watchers database, but they are zero-calorie.  I like that they are free of artificial colors, flavors, and sweeteners.

- Chobani Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt - 1 SmartPoint for half a cup or 3 SmartPoints for a full cup; I find this brand to be the creamiest and smoothest.

TOOLS

- I got this kitchen scale on Amazon for less than $14.  It works great.  Super easy to use.  Small and low profile.
